Apparently phones aren’t answered in the evenings • Left 30 min ago realized when the sacked items were given to me the frozen items
I purchased were not among the sacked We were not at the register where they hooked the bags. Second one down They were placed in front of me I CALLED between 7:25-7:40 no answer. I’ll go by tomorrow. I’m sure they saved them for me. I wasn’t given a receipt since the truck was in and in a hurry to work it… hopefully that won’t be a problem.
Next day I went by and they had it for me. Thank you so much and we both took responsibility. Lol have a great day.!

Lately, no use for a cart because there is no room to push it around. I have never seen so much merchandise in isles before at the manito DG.

There's always one lady who has to argue with you about everything and she is employed by Dollar General. If you say anything about her to the manager she always says that she doesn't do that. I have called the corporate office to complain and so has many other people but nothing has been done. She still works there and yes she still argues with everyone. Everyone else is very respectful and nice and they don't argue with anyone. I do like the store except for Chris who is the person that argues with everyone.

Love manitos dollar general! We travel the extra miles just to go to a nice store that you can actually walk through. They always have the BEST things that you can't seem to find at the other local dollar generals. Great job manito team!

I have shopped at DG for many years and I must say I talked to Kay,Gerry, lori, Chris, Michelle, and one of the newest Mr Thad. I have to say they always try to answer and help me in everyway and I have never had a bad experience at this store. You guys rock and keep it up. Thanks for keeping us with the huge supply of goods. Yes it has been slow every once in awhile, but I waited longer at wallyworld with 25 lanes. 🤔🤪

TERRIBLE, The checkout lanes were backed up as usual because they only had one register working. But when they are both working they only have one person at the register in 10 people in line and the other person is either taking a break or back somewhere in the store. And half of the price tabs in the store do not match what the item Rings up at they are less than what the item Rings up. I really don't even want to rate any stars

Theres ever only one person at the cash register which is ridiculous also a lot of the employees are rude. They rush the customers out not very good customer service. I go there because of the convenience and I think its awesome we have a store like this in Manito just want to feel comfortable going there.

I enjoy this store, but when it comes to being helped, the women behave like they have to 'go out of' their way to help you. Also the manager likes to gossip about customers right in front of other customers. VERY unprofessional.
