5 star realty, and management company. They go above and beyond what it required. Very easy to understand and work with. The rentals are very clean and very responsive to repair things. The manager Erika is very understanding to tenants needs and quick to make arrangements as easy as possible. Erika is one of the best I have dealt with. Would rent from her anytime.

This company is saying I owe a late fee because my rent was lost in the mail. If you pay online it's a extra $20. This company is also renting out garages under my apartment that people keep doors open and lights on all night that has brought my bill up more than $100. When my friends tried to bring it to the maintenance attention they were called a lier. The maintenance man basically said since I didn't care neither did he. Facts are I do care.

I currently rent an apartment from Rent QC and have for several years. I am a happy tenant. The property area is quiet and well kept. Any work orders have been addressed timely. The office staff is always pleasant on the telephone call and in person. JC the owner is very nice and a peoples person, his door is always open. Search Rent QC for your next move. My son has had a lot of problems with them . Do not rent from them . They had the pest control company come to there place when my son didn’t ask for it and they said that it was my sons responsibility to pay for the service . Then it’s not and then they try to say you are behind on rent when I know he was not .
This is the worst rental company ever . And from the other reviews this is normal for them to do to people.
They need to be shut down .

I love renting through, RentQC they have some really nice homes and some of the prices are pretty decent as well.Nice people to go through to rent properties.

The space is large for sure. Quite a few downsides. Cockroaches that YOU have to pay for when it was not caused by you. Packages get stolen easily because building is not secure. Lack of security cameras so get your own for everything. Could be the area im in, but ive had my car vandalized three times. I callled them to let them know. No response, no cameras put in. Cops never are a help but thats a separate story. They normally give you a heads up when they will be entering or doing things to the property, however, I did get my lock redone with no heads up. Its cheap and affordable but you've got to deal with stolen packages, critters in the apartment, and the neighborhood of delinquent idiots trying to get their hands on anything you have.

Summit Ridge Condominium Association had a unique situation for renting a unit, something not typically done. After being turned down by a Ruhl and Ruhl to advertise the unit, Milltown Reality did! The owner and staff were courteous, helpful and a joy to work with at every step. When circumstances changed where we could not rent the unit, Milltown was so understanding that we were not charged! We inquired again: "Are you sure? You spent time and effort here." The owner understood our circumstances and said no, "I understand the bind you encountered." Truly Amazing! If we need to rent again, we'll go to Milltown Reality. If I personally sell my unit, I will go to Milltown reality. An A+ experience with the owner and entire staff! Thank you Milltown Reality!
