If it were possible to leave this business a zero I would. Terrible people to deal with! Will not pick up garbage for months on end yet have no problem sending you a bill. Can't get them to come get a container you want off the property if you tried! Always get the run around on the phone! Worst garbage company I have ever had to deal with - come to find out this is how they do business overall. So many people who have them and feel this sort of frustration need to speak out. We unfortunately have to take them to court to get answers and remove the dumpster! Unauthorized dump made when clearly told who could authorize and yet they are still in business!

Terrible, absolutely terrible service! They consistently lapse on sending out your bill and if someone manages to actually get a hold of them there is always an excuse aimed at someone else. It's not unusual for them to skip your neighborhood garbage route for 2-3 weeks at a time with excuses ranging from trucks being broken down, lack of truck drivers, bad weather (when it was nice out), and no one in the neighborhood paying their bills. I do not understand how they keep and maintain a business license to operate in Illinois. I can see a class action suit brought against this business in the future for fraudulent services. BE AWARE!

They do not remove the garbage. They do not return calls. Their mailboxes are all full so that you cannot tell them to come and get their dumpster because their LACK of service is no longer needed!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Called and called and called no one picked up the phone I've left voicemails no call backs to get back to me about the garbage service my stepdad has paid 3 months in advance to have there service and only been pocked up for 1 month outta 3 months as of right now we have at least a dumpster full of garbage out by the road it's always an excuse such as stepdad called and finally got ahold of them was told we would be picked up and here it is going on 6 weeks straight and haven't seen them pick up our trash it's ridiculous they told my stepdad that one of the trucks was down due to the brakes being froze which I believe is a huge lie, also his wife said what you guys didn't get picked up last week my stepdad replied that we havent been picked up for 5 weeks she's like holy cow seriously. Then she said we would either be picked up last friday if not it would be Saturday for sure we'll here it is Monday and I doubt they show up today. So I would never recommend them for service they suck and they lie a lot. Hopefully it changes soon if not were gonna go to a different company we can trust because in my book I consider them thiefs for the simple fact that we have only had 1 month of service outta 3 because It's been like this since we went through them. But if they do better service I'll rate it a 5 star otherwise it'll be a 1 star till then. Hopefully we get our money back if there not gonna pick us up also they could be more of a company and answer there phones I've called all 3 numbers 2 personal cells and 1 there house phone and I've left a voice mail last wendsday and no return call like they say they will. MANAGE YOUR COMPANY MORE!! MIGHT HAVE WAY BETTER SERVICE AND NOT SO MANY NEGATIVE COMMENTS. I mean how many times do we have to call for you to do your job It's pathetic. I got garbage all over the yard because the cats keep taring into the bags because the bags of garbage are over heaping full. DO YOUR JOB!! PICK US UP LIKE YOU SAY YOU WILL....YOU HAVE OUR CASH!!!

I just got a bill from them after switching to another company over a YEAR ago for $300! They never send out bills so how am i supposed to pay? They always blame the post office for the lack of bills but it's funny i get all my other mail just fine. I will be sending them the standard $25 every time i get a bill from them and look forward to paying them another 25 next year about this time. Seriously they suck. Stay away!

Terrible service and they will miss 2 out of 4 weeks of pick up and then send a bill full service price. I just cancelled and when I called they wanted me to pay in full even though they have missed our pick-up half the time. They missed our pick-up 6 weeks in a row and every time we called another excuse. There are several company’s in the area that are cheaper and way better service.

The worst garbage service I have ever had! Our dumpster has been full since the week before Thanksgiving and they still haven’t picked up!!! They never return phone calls so it’s a waist to leave a message. When you find them out in town they lie and say they will be out today.. STILL WAITING 5 weeks later!

Don’t use unless you don’t want your garbage picked up. There are other ways to support local business in Manito. They won’t pick up calls or your garbage. Use another garbage pickup service.
