I would like to extend my gratitude to Carol and her team! Buying a house can get stressful and after months and months of looking we finally found the one that checked dang near every box! Meeting with Carol was like a breath of fresh air after the countless hours of searching and scrolling. She will work with you to find the home that you want! She is polite, respectful, and honest! She gives it to you how it is and for that I am grateful! I appreciate her kindness and her patience as I asked a lot of questions!

I had such a wonderful and easy breezy time working with Stacy Spraklen when purchasing my first home through Carol & Company. I have to admit that as a first time home buyer, I was so grateful to have such a kind, patient, and flexible agent to work with. Stacey was also great with communication & getting back to me with answers to questions along the way. Since I was moving in from out of town, she guided me on closing on my home remotely and helped me sign everything electronically which made the process so unimaginably easy and stress free. Carol spracklin tries to violate her tenants rights to freedom of speech concerning any of the houses she is renting or selling. She sells and rents home she absolutely knows of situations that are wrong with them and tells her tenants they cannot post what is happening in her tenants homes as far as hauntings and trying to get rid of the hauntings in their homes..I would never rent or buy any properties from her and she should be sued for violating people's rights of speech and any other constitutional rights she violates.

Noone is happy paying your rent. Too expensive for all the problems in the rental apartments. Many of our residents are extremely discouraged and disappointed with the maintenance of units vs the price we pay! My rent was increased by $135.00 after having numerous problems over my first year here. Including no gym for nearly a year when promised 2 months it would be open. Yet we all paid for that and didn't get it. Also 2 exits & entries into the pool are not open. This is ridiculous.
