Usually before I post a review I check out other people’s review to see if they are in line with my opinion. The commentary in those other reviews I saw is spot on with my experiences in working with Nikki.
She is excellent in what she does and I’m speaking from experience as she has represented my interests in several real estate transactions. I trust her judgment and I appreciate her efforts! She takes awesome photos of the property as the seller agent and Nikki is a calming, positive presence when it comes to the jitters of selling real estate. Nikki is also very thorough as a buyer agent and helps with matters that I never would have thought of.
Highly recommended wouldn’t be enough credit!

I had a great experience in selling my home with Niki. She made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Selling a house and buying a new one can be very stressful and she took a huge weight off of my shoulders because of the way she took me through the process. Niki sold my home in 2 days. We ended up having multiple offers and I believe some of it had to do with the professional relationship she has with other real estate brokers. I highly recommend her to buyers and sellers. She is kind, very honest, and definitely puts in the work for her clients which I experienced first hand. I felt like I was in good hands from start to finish.
