I worked with Erica from Jane Hay for a few months before we landed on the house that was right for me!

The housing market was very chaotic and this was my first time house-hunting. We sat down in a 1 on 1 meeting to discuss what type of house would work for me, including things like budget, location, preferences, etc.). Here they also provided and went over a blank copy of the purchase contract with me, so I could better understand what I would be dealing with later on.

Afterwards, Erica and her team invited me to an online collaboration center, where I could easily view houses I may be interested in, and get emails right away when a property went live on the market. While touring houses, Erica was flexible with scheduling and always available to guide me along the way and point me towards helpful resources when I had questions.

When we found a great house, she also provided plenty of assistance in communicating with my mortgage lender, especially when it came to all the real estate jargon and concepts that I needed to learn.

While I had concerns at first, I'm very happy I allowed Erica to steer me in the right direction, and even help me dodge some houses that were more competitively priced than they should be. I shared this experience with my family, and I would honestly recommend Jane Hay for anybody seeking professional assistance in finding the right home for you!

Jane and her team did so much more than just sell a house for us.
