We love Rosemoore! Angie and team are always on the ball for any need that arises! This is the best value in Springfield, every unit has a garage, and water included! Everything factored in no one can beat Rosemoore!

Great place to live! Everyone very nice! Management team keeps everything aesthetically pleasing, quiet, pool always ready! If there is a maintenance issue they respond immediately! Fabulous place to live run by an outstanding team! Thanks!

We have applied for an apartment, and our credit score of 668 exceeds the required minimum of 650. Despite this, our application was denied after paying a $100 fee. When we inquired about the reason for the rejection, we were informed that our rental history was insufficient, and there were numerous collections on our record. However, not all of these collections are valid, and we attempted to clarify the situation. Unfortunately, our explanation fell on deaf ears, as Angie refused to listen and instead relied on a report from RentGrow, a company with a questionable reputation. RentGrow has received over 242 complaints at the Better Business Bureau in the past three years, and their services are untrustworthy.
Be aware to apply this place ant don’t waste your time also you money fee application.
I got approved somewhere else with is much better and cheaper price.

Clinesha and Angela has been super helpful with the entire application process😭I’ve been looking for an apartment for 4 days since I moved here and I have to stay in a hotel. They assist me on securing this apartment so fast and went out smoothly. Not to mention the whole area is new, safe and beautiful. Definitely a 5 stars!

Love the Rosemoore! Been a renter at various properties for a decade, and the Rosemoore has been our favorite! Angela and Clinesha in the front office have always been friendly, helpful, and receptive to our needs. Shout-out to Tim and Jared in Maintenance as well - when it comes to most rentals, you're lucky if the maintenance team checks 2 out of 3 boxes when it comes to being Friendly, Timely, and Capable - they easily check all three!

Lived in a townhouse at Rosemoore for over four years. The complex was quiet and the townhouse had its own garage which is hard to come by in Springfield. However, no legitimate work has ever been done on the decks or the front staircases. I never experienced any issues property management wise...until Monarch Investments purchased the property. Monarch came in, painted the siding and the front staircases, then told all of their long-time tenants who were month-to-month, that they need to pay 40% more in rent per month in order to stay on a month to month lease. Otherwise, tenants would need to sign a year lease and pay several hundred dollars more per month because of aaaall the work they had done. The wood on the decks and the front staircases is entirely warped at every unit. Instead of actually remedying those concerns, they hired people under the table to paint the wood and paid them via allowing them to live in vacant units while they left their trash (beer cans) in front of occupied apartments. Was looking to buy a home during this time and was told they would not make any exceptions Re: continuing our lease short-term. These people will not return phone calls or emails unless you incessantly call them. When we were actively moving our belongings out, Monarch, without any notice to tenants, brought in people to pour concrete in the complex. These people were urinating in front of trash bins and blocked off every single entrance to the complex. In the midst of all of this, I happened to find an article regarding Monarch investments on Bloomberg. Google it. They own properties in Colorado and several other states. During the pandemic, they raised rent to exorbitant rates and illegally evicted people who could not afford to pay it. Look them up. Do yourselves a favor and pay a fair rate elsewhere to an entity who can exercise an iota of concern regarding their tenants. Monarch and the people who work for them are soulless shysters.

Please don't trust e everything you read. I spent 5 years in this complex. I was very proud to call it home. Carol Gerber has high standards and rules to be abided by, but none were unreasonable. We never felt unsafe and her office staff and maintenance staff were wonderful.
Yes I would have loved lower rent, but I have no regrets. Thanks for the experience.
