If I could give Seth and the whole amazing team at ME Realty 20 stars, I would. I sold my childhood home that I've lived in almost my entire life. He helped me get a good price and showed my home's good qualities well. The process was very hard because it was an emotional one as well as a logistical one, and my dogs and I were still living there while showing. I can't imagine how I would have made it through the process without Seth! He answered all my questions in a timely manner and raised the bar for my expectations of a good business. I think Seth Goodman is the BEST realtor of all realtors I know! We were looking for a house in my home town of Mt. Pulaski and found one the 1st time we looked. On Saturday, October 13, at 10:00 AM, Seth came to list our home in Lincoln. I normally sell my own home but due to the time of year it was and with winter coming on, I thought it might take awhile, so I decided to have Seth sell it. Anyway; he looked at our house & asked when we could have it ready to show; I told him my husband was on vacation for a week and we would have it ready by the following Saturday. He said he had someone who was ready to buy who was already approved for financing & thought they might be interested and he would like to show it on Sunday. We agreed to have it ready to show on Sunday, which we did. When Seth put the sign in the yard on Saturday, he said he would have the house sold within a week. Needless to say, I was pretty impressed by that! He showed the house on Sunday, October 14. At 9:00 PM Sunday, October 14, he called me to say the house was sold. I couldn't believe it! Seth is definitely a wheeler & dealer; he is very knowledgeable, has the leads, and knows how to get the job done! He and I talked many, many times by text during the buying & selling of our homes and Seth is very prompt at responding; I never had to wait for answers. He worked hard on the things we needed done to the house we bought and I was more than pleased with both house deals! The house we sold was supposed to be our 'forever' home but circumstances changed and we decided to move one last time. The home we are in now will be our 'forever' home.
