We sold our house with James as our realtor. He was phenomenal! Gave us the facts about the market. Showed us comparable houses to ours that had just sold. Recommended the amount to sell for. He recommended the improvements we should make for faster sell. Such as filling holes in walls, painting etc. Our house wasn’t on the market for even 24 hours and we had a full price offer! Closed within a month! He was always easy to get in touch with. Always made time for us. We did have a little issue with closing but he got on it and reached out to us and explained it and helped us understand the situation and how to fix it. I will ALWAYS recommend James to anyone i hear talking about wanting to buy or sell a house!
On a side not he also helped us buy that house 4 years ago and was fabulous with that process as well!
