f you’re thinking of checking out Prairie Center, definitely stop in. It’s such a great place to live. Nadia and her staff are so kind and helpful. The pool is like being on vacation in the summer. The gym and other amenities are great too. The landscaping is beautifully maintained. It’s not your average apartment complex, they go above and beyond to make it a community with events throughout the year for those who would like to participate. Check it out, you can even bring your pet! It truly is a great place to live.

My husband and I have lived here for over a year and have really grown to love the community. Our move-in process was easy, and Nadia the Property Manager was very helpful. We love the community dog park built for the residents and we're surrounded by so many nice walkable parks/scenery for our dog. They keep the property clean and well maintained with weekly cleaning. Landscaping is always kept up and inviting flowers right when you walk up.

We love their community grilling area Pavillion with plenty of seating for a family or small friend get-together. They just opened their pool and it's the perfect summer oasis! Love all the lounge seating and they have an electric fire pit area too. They are finishing up their Clubhouse and we can't wait for the resident events they will have planned. We are proud to call this place home and look forward to creating many memories here!

I recently applied for an apartment, and was denied under deceitful circumstances. My credit score is low due to a terminal medical diagnosis that ended with me giving my vehicle back to the bank.

This was all explained and I was reassured that my six-figure income, pristine rental history and background (I have a US Government security clearance) would make up for the low score.

I spent approximately a week discussing the situation, and was again assured that my application would be looked at “holistically”. I offered to pay an additional deposit, and multiple months of rent upfront if needed. Once again, I was assured that it would not be an issue.

I received an email from a third party company, approximately thirty minutes after submitting my application, stating that I was denied by the property manager due to my credit score.

No one at Prairie Reserve, or Shodeen, contacted me; I had to reach out myself to confirm the denial. Nadia, the property manager, has yet to address my questions.

Don’t waste the $195 (single) or $240 (family) application/administration fee; find a property manager who is honest. Shodeen has $240, of my money, for a $5 background check…when they had no intention of approving my application.

If you think about it, if they decline ten people a month they make a pretty decent profit with little risk. It’s something that an attorney may find interesting.

Also, if you apply with your spouse, or significant other, you will not receive the discounted fee as stated in their TOS. I’m currently having to complete a charge back with my credit card company.

I visited the property today with family for a pool party event. The event planner, Ty, was a great host and made me, my wife, and our children feel at home. The party was great. The food was delicious and stayed cold, the mocktail drinks were amazing and the guy even made SnowCones. This took me back to my childhood! The whole event went off with a bang and I am so very happy that my mother moved to a place where she is well taken care of and is supported by such an amazing community. Although my wife and I own a home, if we needed or know anyone who is in need of an apartment, we will be sending them to prairie center with full support. Well done Ty and Prairie Center.

Had a wonderful time at one of the many resident events here at Prairie Center! Ty always does such a wonderful job putting on these events: from the food to the entertainment to creating a welcoming atmosphere to relax and have fun. The effort, planning, and thought put into these events is unmatched. And the delicious food is always a plus!

Been a resident for a little over 4 months now. Location couldn't be better for getting all over the tri-cities. Amenities are nice and all the apartments are brand new. We're enjoying it so far!

Lived here for about 6 months. I love it. Previous reviews were done while construction was going on so their gripes were based on petty 1st world issues. They are still adding to the multi building apartment complex. I have no issues. I love it here. Nadia is fantastic ( the apartment manager)

I lived here for a little over a year and I had a wonderful experience. Nadia and her Team are great and make the entire process seamless. The pool and the open space are very nice amenities, which makes the property that much more appealing. I would highly recommend this property.
