He was very professional and took great care of the Warrenville rental and the negotiations between owner and tenant. Yellow Key did an excellent job of managing my property which was a mixed use building with five tenants. Christian helped with all details from screening applicants, managing rental payments, paying bills, reconciling expenses. The portal made it very easy for me to see what was happening with all the financial details relating to my property. He was responsive through email, phone and text and responded in a timely manner to ensure that tenants needs were met -- and I had peace of mind. After several years of trying to manage the headaches myself, I found peace of mind with Yellow Key. I just wish I had hired them sooner!!
