I was not informed of the day or time of maintenance coming. Then he entered my apartment without my permission. I was indisposed in the AM. Scared me to death. He said the “app said he could enter” I never said that. In fact I never put in a maintenance order at all. I was under the assumption these minor issues would have been taken care of before I moved in. He could have called my phone first. Or how about actually making an appointment with me at a date and time convenient for us both? Not happy at all with this situation. Would give zero stars if I could.

I had to call maintenance a total of four times to get the issue of my hot water heater resolved. No one would give me an estimate of the time of arrival of the plumber and he didn’t arrive until almost 7pm and didn’t finish until almost 9pm. I took the day off of work to wait for him to make sure it got handled, and if I had known that they weren’t coming in until later, I wouldn’t have had to use a a PTO day. Communication was very poor. Although the building maintenance man did show up to double check that it was broken, he never followed up with the expected time of the plumber like I asked.

Extremely difficult to deal with. I have been waiting since August 2024 to receive back my security deposit and still have not received it and office staff is constantly changing and is not returning phone calls or responding to emails.

Great location, uncaring management. It once took me 3 weeks to get working hot water in my apartment because they kept cancelling maintenance requests, and every time I complained about wasp infestation they say “we sprayed it” and continue doing nothing. Thank god for frost killing the wasps or I would have been SOL thanks to these jerks.

horrible experience I submitted a maintenance request like a month ago, my request was being ignored . I kept on submitting those request but no results and I also requested maintenance couples of month ago for another issue, but nobody came to fix it. Very horrible experience with the service.
