Joe was great to work with! Extremely professional, positive, knowledgeable and accommodating. Joe was used to buy and sell a home. He was able to sell our home, on the private network off of one days worth of showings, above asking price. I tried to sell this same home a few years prior, with a different realtor/group and while they were able to secure offers, they ended falling through due to financing. I felt as if those other realtors should have done more to make sure the offers were solid. The difference with Joe was that he vetted our multiple offers and helped us choose the most qualified offer, not necessarily the highest bid. Additionally, I used him when purchasing a house.
I would highly recommend using him if you're looking to buy or sell.

Joe is nothing short of amazing! He helped us back in 2017 to buy our first home. I was extremely picky and Joe never made us feel rushed or pressured. He was patient, kept in constant contact, answered all of our questions, showed us a ton of properties, and was so knowledgeable about all things real estate. We later turned that home into a rental property. Joe found us our first tenants within days of listing and then again most recently was able to find us another qualifying tenant within a week of listing. He definitely goes above and beyond with his services. We currently live out of state and were unable to make it before our new tenants moved in. Joe was an absolute savior. He managed to find us the help we needed and got the house ready for the next family to move in. I highly recommend Joe for any and all things real estate. Not only is he a great agent but a great person. I can’t imagine doing business with anyone else. My only wish is that we could work with him out of state!

He is very knowledgeable about the local market-continuously staying up to date with the ever-changing market as a whole and down to each small town in our county. He’s a great communicator regarding expectations on home prices, good/bad renovations that he sees, possible integrity issues, etc. He listened to our needs and wants, continuously searched properties for us and helped us step out of our comfort zone when he felt there were properties we needed to view and not pass up on.
