From the moment my partner and I first met with Mary just to have a conversation about the possibility of purchasing a home, we knew there was no more searching for a real estate agent! Mary immediately calmed our nerves (which were HIGH as first time home buyers). She took so much time to answer our many questions, provided a lot of input on things to look out for in each home (even pointing out the issues in homes as we walked through), and was extremely attentive to all of our calls, emails, and texts throughout. We entered the home process when inventory was low. Mary took time to plan every single showing we requested and wrote multiple offers for us- even with a short turn around time. She coached us through writing a compelling offer and even told us when she felt like a house wouldn’t fit all of our needs. I never felt like she was just trying to close a deal, she truly always put our needs above all other factors. Now, we have officially gotten an accepted offer & I cannot wait to make memories in our new home. If it wasn’t for Mary, we wouldn’t be here. I couldn’t recommend her more!

Mary was awesome to work with! She guided my husband and I through the home buying process (the dreaded first time homebuyers!) and explained everything thoroughly and honestly. Even during COVID, Mary took the time to explain the restrictive showing processes for us and thought of new ways to let us see homes (even offering to FB live a home showing for us when owners only wanted agents in the house or when my husband was out of town). Even when the home prices skyrocketed, Mary checked-in regularly to make sure we knew that the right home would come at the right time and we just needed to be patient. She always got back to me quickly and I felt like she was easily accessible during a crazy, busy market.

Mary was helpful, professional, thoughtful, and made us laugh. She did extensive research on the neighborhood to make sure her recommendations matched what the market was doing for this area. She knocked it out of the park! We will use her in the future and we recommend her to all our friends and family looking for someone to go above and beyond for a home purchase or sale. Mary was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! We didn't know anything about the Chicago area initially and she was sure to provide us with everything we needed.
