Elliot was great! Very thorough, knows his stuff. Was very helpful with explaining things and giving us options on what we can do before, during and after paper work is sent in for the house. Working with him you can tell he takes great pride in his work. He's not trying to sell you a house just to sell you a house. He makes sure you buy the house you love and can afford. I'm recommending him to anyone looking for a house. He helped me buy my first home, which was very stressful and exhausting. He was very patient and understanding and helped me buy the perfect house. 10 out of 10.

Working with Elliot was truly an amazing experience. As first time homebuyers we were extremely nervous about buying our first home. But after our initial meeting with Elliot, we knew that he was the right guy to help us with the process. Elliot has exceeded all of our expectations. Throughout the entire process he showed a high level of knowledge, great attention to detail, honesty, and we truly felt like he cared and was always there to support us when needed. Communication was fast and even during times when he didn't need to communicate with us, he would occasionally check in to see if he could help in any way. One of my favorite things was that he made sure that we were very prepared and had the proper information in the very beginning so that when we started looking at houses we were able to solely focus on figuring out if it was the right one for us. We are so happy that we decided to work with Elliot because I truly believe that he is the main reason it was so easy to buy our dream home.

Elliot helped make our dreams come true in the most difficult market... with world record timing (12 day close)! When buying a home, you work with a lot of different people, and a variety of personalities. Elliot made every transaction/interaction easy and we felt a sense of trust through the entire process. Regardless of whom we were working with (seller, agents, lender, lawyer, etc.)... Elliot had our best interest at heart a helped us maneuver through the process seamlessly.

If he was ever unavailable, he had a reliable team of associates who stepped in to assist...without any hiccups. Everyone executed with the same level of trust and professionalism as he did.

My husband and I never felt rushed or pressured to purchase a home that was not the “best fit” for us. The team was patient and supportive, as we viewed quite a few homes (with a very particular wish list)!
