Surprisingly so the people were very friendly for a government agency. They answered my questions. They were not judgmental and they actually took the time out of their day. But Libertyville is a good town I've lived around this area for over 30 years but my current situation allows me to look at it in a different way so I'd say it's a four to five star place. By the end of the day after all the recommendations throughout the village I was able to get my answer
