I’m 4 months into my lease and I would highly recommend living here. The new building apartments are beautiful with great finishes and European feel. One of the best residential gyms i have seen with indoor pool. Management is on top of every issue with quick and easy communication. Any maintenance request if addressed within 24hrs and neighbors are amazing!! The winter and summer events organized by building are a big plus to building a great community! Building is very dog friendly with no weight restrictions and no pet rent, commonly required in other places now, rent is affordable and bills are very low.

I've been here almost a year and am ready to renew my lease. I am planning on a 2-year renewal.

The units here are amazing - designed for actual living, not just looking good on walk-in.

Maintenance (construction?) has built at least some of the buildings on this property and have obvious pride in them and in maintaining them. Staff has been prompt and friendly the few times I've needed it and they will do more than the basic minimum.

I think Mundelein is a place where big city and small town meet. If you're from a little north or west, don't be put off by the sometimes abrupt or distracted communication from the office staff. They are managing a lot very efficiently. Sometimes they may seem inattentive, but they care and will try to address your needs.

Please do not rent from this company. Mary is so disorganized and constantly gives misleading and contradictory information. For example, we asked what the penalty for breaking lease would be. She mentioned that we would have to cover the rent until they found new renters. This is also what it said in the lease. Not a problem. Then we moved out after buying a home and all of a sudden she refuses to give us the security deposit back (despite telling my partner that we would get it back and it being nowhere in the lease about losing it AND she didn’t say anything about it when I explicitly asked for consequences about breaking lease).

I do not recommend living here. The management is terrible, and Mary in the office is extremely unprofessional and rude. The HVAC system frequently goes down and leaves you with no AC in the summer and no heat in the winter. The hot water for the entire building went down and it took 4-5 days for them to fix it, and they did not see an issue with that. When questioned about how long it took to fix the hot water, they refused to offer the residents partial credits on their rent and acted like it was an insult to ask for such a request. The buildings were constructed very poorly and it shows. The drywall has cracks from the building settling. All of the doors in my apartment aren’t hung straight and either won’t close or won’t latch. The exterior door to the balcony leaks when it rains. My dishwasher was never mounted to the counter and slides around. Take a second look at your other options if you are considering living here.

If I could I would give a zero. The management is run poorly for renters and the home owners association management. They have charged me for something that wasn't damaged and for moving my own belongings from the garage I rented after there 5pm rule. They look for anything to charge you with and refused to give me Tres Managements name or contacts with higher authority. I would NEVER recommend anyone to rent here, or even buy.

I have really enjoyed living here for the past six months. Whenever I've had a problem (rarely) it was fixed quickly. I find the management and staff to be friendly and professional. I'd recommend staying here for my friends and family.
