The agent is very bad they don’t have time for you. They don’t answer the question right away if you have any question and you call them, they will never call you back. I did have a problem with my application. I don’t have the right instruction the agent don’t answer me and they are scammers. They take your your application and your money that’s it they will ignore you they will try to buy a time against you with the other people they might be interested they don’t care about your time and about your family I highly don’t recommend them specially Twinkle Arora she talk to people with attitude I feel sorry for the owner of that property I hope she is not the owner of that property. I’m trying to rent.

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Danielle Rose, We were recommended by a coworker. Right from the start Danielle had us set up with everything needed to find the house we wanted. Although we definitely started house hunting at what I would consider to be probably the worst time possible due to the surge in the market Danielle made sure that we were able to see every single house we wanted. One of the biggest things in my opinion throughout this experience was the fact that Danielle was never shy about telling us if she didn't think that particular house would fit our needs (In multiple instances we DID NOT move forward with that property based on her recommendation) and it paid off every time. Danielle's flexible schedule made sure that we were able to see all 20 or so houses in the span of about a month and a half. Out of 20 houses we placed and lost 5 separate bids. The fact that Danielle puts together an entire packet (Including a bio for the buyers) won us a bid on our 6th house! After the bid was won she was there every step of the way including closing. She also went out of her way with some amazing house warming gifts including a custom made coat rack that we will definitely use and see every day as a constant reminder of how much she went out of her way for us. As a person who prides himself on the service he provides to his customers it is great to know that there are other people out there that do the same. Thanks @ Properties and thank you Danielle Rose for making a very stressful experience as easy as possible.

So now that the check is finally in the bank, I want to say what a fiasco in closing on our house... if you are second guessing any of the transaction and your gut is telling you to go another route early, GO WITH YOUR GUT! A relative of the boss of your friend- doesn't guarantee they will treat you fairly!

Having a horrible experience with this company thus far. Difficult reaching my broker and the main office broker won't reach out to me after several calls. The problem has been since day 1 and has been through out the entire process. If I have difficulty reaching them, I don't understand how a potential buyer could get through either.
