I can't express enough how much gratitude we have to CPAH for the remodel of our bathroom and the ramp they installed for our daughter. We would never have been able to afford it to do it ourselves. I recently completed the CPAH Getting Your House in Order Course. Wow!! What an awesome course! I did not sign up because I wanted to learn about purchasing a house, I just wanted some financial knowledge. I got that and so much more!! Don't limit yourself by thinking you know enough, WE CAN ALWAYS LEARN MORE! If not for yourself, for someone else.

First, I love the services you offer.
Second, I was looking for resources for housing for the clients that I service and saw the class Get Your House In Order. The title alone spoke to me and I signed up. I am already a home owner, but I wanted to take the class to sharpen my skills. The information given is useful and the positive spirit of the leader, I felt was encouraging. This allowed people in the class to share and sharing helps with perspective. That alone is a treasure. I believe in moving forward, the information given will help me with the population I serve as well.

Thank the CPAH President for allowing this course to be taught!!! " Getting your House in Order" for African Americans Janina Hall did an outstanding job and doesn't need to change a thing!! I was able to go home and research the lessons to my family when we had our family dinner. I was able to ask any question about, credit; which I knew nothing about before this course. We talked about mortgages, taxes, and being comfortable with money. Had homework, and for the classes to come: You do have homework, and it is fun plus in your best interest to do it. I am trying not to spoil it for the next. I learned so much, and my favorite was the letters to money we had to write. Thank you Janina Hall, and to all the Real-estate people and Lenders.We were able to ask them anything I did tell you this at the end of our Session that I can see u doing this Around the World
