Bought a house around September 2024, and honestly I don't think anyone else could have made it as easy and simple as joan bullard realty.

My experience with realtor Amy Eppel was fabulous! She worked for months to find me the right house that fit my budget and checked the boxes of what I wanted. She was available whenever I texted her and kept trying until we found the perfect house for me! Amy also gave great input and helped me step by step with the home buying process from start to finish. I couldn't ask for a better agent that worked so hard for me! Not only has she helped and went to my closing, she is even helping me move boxes in this weekend ahead of the movers. And she recommended a great local moving company as well to fit my budget! Amy was professional and ready to look at whatever house I was interested in from the start. We found a great house in the timeframe I needed. That means a lot to me! Amy also took me out for pizza with the Joan Bullard ladies one evening after we looked at a house. She is a great agent and I can now call her my friend after all this. Amy Eppel was amazing! She helped me find the best house for my price range and found exactly what I wanted and made the process super easy. Kasey & Joan Bullard Realty did a great job selling a home for me as part of an estate closing. Their team is on top of the local market and knowledgeable of local resources & contractors to show a property at its best. Kasey went above and beyond for me as I was a couple hours away during the listing and could not be at the property regularly. Their communication was great and I was pleased with the final sale.
