Mark is first and foremost a real pro. He has a laid back style, yet is very responsive. Real estate lesson #1 - hurry up and wait. Mark was always reminding me that it can take time. He gave sound advice about some improvements that would increase the sale price of the house. His assistant was especially helpful. They both provided time and guidance above and beyond the "call of duty" and took on tasks that were far from their job responsibilities. But I felt that we all acted as a "Team".

The nature of my situation was, like everyone else, unique. So I appreciated their adaptability and flexibility. If you are looking for someone that is pushy, over promises, or tells you what you want to hear---- don't call Mark. If you want someone honest, laid back and reliable. Call Mark. I should add. Due to our "ongoing--- never-give-up Team Effort", I listened to Mark's suggestion on improvements and did accomplish 90% of them. I truly worked my butt off. I made the house look great. But the bottom line tells the most truth. We were able to sell the house for a lot more money than we anticipated, and in the end Mark gracefully created a mini-bidding war. Go TEAM!
