For the folks looking for a home or property in any area can be a challenge. You just don't know who to trust and make sure you get a place that fits your needs. I chose Lance Grady based on his dad whom I have know for many years. I hoped the apple didn't fall far from the tree and after the whole process was over, I can tell you it didn't! I knew within the first few minutes talking with Lance, I had the right guy. He worked with us getting all the pictures etc. together and marketed our place perfectly. The key to getting things done is effective communication. Not once did I ever feel left out or not in touch with Lance. He handled everything on time and never a doubt that things wouldn't get done. He not only represented us, but the buyer was represented very well too. Everyone in this sale received 100% satisfaction. I would highly recommend Mr. Lance Grady handle your real estate needs. Grady Realty has been phenomenal. When I purchased my home, I was new to Illinois & knew no one but my family. Lance was amazing with connecting me with a local bank, handled Inspections, being a go between
the private seller, taking care of anything behind the scenes to make my transition seamless. Would highly recommend both Lance & his brother Eric who handles the Insurance side.
