First of all, I would highly recommend you choose a Realtor who is a great person and that is what we had with Courtney and Caleb. They took their time, answered questions, gave us advice as we remodel a rental to sell. They watched the market and gave us updates on how the market looked and updates to include in the house to help it sell quicker.

As offers came in they provided thoughts on how to proceed to get us the most money. When a fee issues came up they helped calm the nerves and provided us advice to navigate the waters.

They were there all the way to closing. And the way they support charitable organizations in their city- outstanding. Support those who support the community. Give Courtney and Caleb a call

Courtney did a great job of assisting us with selling our home!
