I’ve lived here for 2.5 years on the 3rd floor and I really like it. The management is quick to fix things (dryer, gutter, garage door, lighting). These apartments have double thick drywall to reduce noise. I rarely hear anyone else, but like every apartment you always want to live on the top floor.

I just moved on property 3 months ago. I waited to see how it was before reviewing but it’s been nothing short of wonderful. Jillian first greeted me when I walked into the office and the tour went well. Rosemarie checked on me weeks after moving in. The property is beautiful. Maintenance is always on top of everything. One of maintenance named Greg, helped shoveled the snow off my car. And during the heavy snow storm they had snow removed the next day. But the apartments are lovely! Newest and nicest in the area… I love it here. From staff to maintenance!

I moved in here 4 months ago with a roommate from the military . They’re 10 mins from Scott AFB. Rose and Jillian are great! Helped me and my roommate with info over the area. It’s next to all shopping and grocery stores . Great area and maintenance guy named Rob was quick to our request. Great place to stay .

This place has been great so far! We got a huge discount for our first month with their promo "Look & Lease"! We had some leasing issues at first, but Camille was a big help to getting all our things straightened out! And calling for the apartment's maintenance, they sent people quick to fix any problems we had. The views, the lakes, the walkways, the whole environment is just welcoming. The complex is also very close to everything from grocery stores, to malls, to food places, even to car washes or maintenances with only a short car ride. A great place to be! Overall, 9.5/10 experience!

Our family LOVES living here! Our neighbors are super calm and friendly. The office staff is amazing, the property manager Rose was wonderful. We toured a few apartment layouts and all of them are great happy we settled in to the right unit, the grounds are kept up with beautifully great views while walking my dog. We honestly couldn’t have chose a better place to go to.

Thirteen01 apartments are a great place to live. The apartments are modern and new. Our side of the complex is all ages and surrounds two lakes with fountains. I like the privacy and the endless amenities available to us. The staff is attentive and my dog loves it here. I've lived in O'Fallon for a few decades and this is a nice place to live with the Dierberg plaza down the road.
