Will not take initiative as your property manager. Did not notify us that our tenants had not paid for 2 months. We only found out when we had to ask. Their remedy was to leave one voice mail. Did not make sure our property was clear at the end of lease. Allowed the tenants to stay in the property past the lease expiration and did not check the property until we asked. Missed multiple appointments where we asked them to meet at the property. They do not care about your investment and will not work without being told exactly what to do.

My boyfriend and I moved into a home in Belleville through Christone last July, and it's been a nightmare since day one. We've dealt with constant plumbing issues, a leaky roof, and the washer and dryer breaking down—none of which have been properly fixed.

My boyfriend and I found a home in Belleville through Christone and moved in Last July. We've experienced plumbing issues, a leaky roof, and most recently our washer and dryer that came in unit went out. While these issues were frustrating we've been so grateful that Christone has fixed them all while they come up. Their communication can be slow but that's to be said about any property management company that has multiple properties across the state. At the end of the day, they've always gotten back to us and fixed our issues. The application process was easy. A lot of negative reviews come from people who didn't meet the minimum qualifications when applying and decided to apply anyway. My only complaint is how high the service portal fee is, it would be better for the renter if they had an online portal with a lower fee instead of PayPal!

Christone Enterprises is top notch. While I was a tenant they were awesome - great office staff - friendly, helpful, and easy to get in touch with. Maintenance was on top of it with any issue I had and took care of it quickly. It was an excellent experience. Highly recommend!

BE AWARE: I'm not one to leave reviews on companies but I felt I should let anyone know before they rent from them what to expect. I rented from Christone for 5 years, never a problem tenant, called only if something needed to be fixed. With that said, I purchased a house recently, I notified Christone 30 days prior to moving, did the right thing by cleaning out the apartment top to bottom. I've learned from past experiences to take pics and record both moving in and out. I even went as far as making sure all the trash was picked up the following week. Being a landlord myself I understood the deposit process so I knew to wait a min of 30 days before contacting them. Christone said they had 45 days to return deposit. After waiting 45 days I received a check for 89.00. Yes, 89.00 from 795.00. Mind you I sent copies of pictures of each room, all the appliances etc. The bogus invoices they sent with the deduction made absolutely no sense. The lease agreement I agreed to was for a 189.00 carpet fee and they charge 50. 00 for inspection fee so at min I should've gotten back 565.00. Of course I sent Christone a letter disputing the charges. I received another check for 70.00. My advice, leave everything you don't plan to take because they're going to rob you of your deposit and lie about recleaning the apartment or replacing blinds that's never been replaced. Don't trust them at all
