As a current tenant who has had multiple issues over the years, I cannot wait to find a new apartment. I do delicate sound work and multiple times they failed to inform me about the renovations above me. These renovations knocked my ceiling lights out of my bathroom ceiling and it began to leak a yellow substance still yet to be identified or fixed. I asked for an update from their service line and still have no answers. My fridge also leaked for months and I had to BEG them to replace it.

UPDATE: They “fixed” it yesterday and today it’s actively leaking.

UPDATE 2: Had a maintenance tech barge in at 10:30pm! To tell me there’s a leak underneath me now and more work needs to be done.

UPDATE 3: After messing with my shower yesterday, the faucet in my tub shot off my wall this morning when I turned it on.

I moved from Florida to Illinois and found my beautiful apartment on S. Kensington Ave. I’m not overstating this when I say that the 10 West staff are second-to-none! When I have a maintenance request, they respond immediately and It’s comforting to know that they’re available 24 hours a day for emergencies. No request is too small. They are knowledgeable, professional but as important, they are friendly and welcoming. I Love my new home!

Moved in august to the community with non-smoking policy, made our choice to live there specifically because of it, since we’re non smokers. Been dealing with smoking neighbors since day 1, sent multiple emails at least every other week about the smoke smell in our apartment coming from the neighbors. It’s January 2025, still no answer or results. It’s impossible to get to the office, no one seems to care to return your calls, the email response takes DAYS to address the issue. You can’t talk to anyone. Yet, if they need to charge you extra money, they don’t shy away from the opportunity, even if it’s not accurate. Utterly disappointed that we chose this place as our home…

I’ve lived at the Quail Ridge apartments for a few years now and I love it! Best space, size and environment for the price IN NAPERVILLE!!! Kelly is such amazing help and they are prompt with maintaining the units and properties! I would recommend them to anyone!

My husband and I have been very satisfied with our renting experience. Over our three years of renting from 10 West, our maintenance requests were almost always answered promptly and management was ever eager to make our experience of living pleasant. The property was well maintained and our neighbors were also pleasant.
