We’ve lived in this apartment for about 5 years. And every time I need help I asked Wesley & his associate (Nhan), they always nice to us & fast response. Today our wall heater just fixed by the friendly handyman. We are so satisfied with his service. Thank you so much! We really appreciate it!

Wesley always follow up on repairs to see if they were done or not. Like the door knob and lock of the front door was not working, he did sent people right away to do the job, knowing that front door lock is very important especially now a days, rubbers are everywhere.
He also follow up if work was done
Correctly and if tenant is satisfied with the work done.
Very reliable in getting things done in a short period of time.

Im a college student and has been living here for over 6 months. All I can say is it has been such a good experience! Wesley and nhan are very fast with their responses. Ive had a couple things that needed to get fixed and they called someone to fix it within a day. This place has an amazing tenant with such great services. Would definitely recommend it 🙂

"I'm new to this apartment complex, and its nice to know if i have an issue the property manager responds quickly. They also follow up appropriately. It's nice to know they care. The maintenance technician, Jessie, was top-notch—friendly and very knowledgeable. He fixed my furnace issue right away. Great service! Thank you, ZenPro."

Wesley and Nhan Ngyuen are very helpful and fast handling, my wash tab was clogged and in the afternoon they sent a handyman to the house to fix it, no need to wait until tomorrow. and also their handyman is very kind and very helpful and works fast

Zenpro property management They're really conscientious and responsible. Our roof was leaking and they let following up on the repair process until a solution was found. I am very happy they are our apartment's management.
