I did originally give yall five stars but yall get two. Just because I don’t like how yall treat your tenants. You guys are not engaging with your tenants but you guys certainly can hit them with legal action and threaten eviction if we don’t pay a late fee (even if the rent has been paid) Forget the least agreement. Treat people like human beings! Not all tenants are drug addicted and living off of you guys for free and this is not to diss drug addicted people. It’s just to prove a point. Some tenants are sincere and are responsible. Please do better! Have a heart!

There's people smoking in the hallways,noisy, they play craps game all day,hallways are filthy and theirs homeless people sleeping on steps. No quiet enjoyment at all as promised on lease. Nothing is being done but they want to raise rent.

I greeted each and every one who is part of this Zebra management group. I am really delighted to live in one of these apartments, it's a great place and I am very happy. You're a good person.

I wish I could give a negative star! They are trying to raise my rent, which is fine except they don’t have the legal right as per “rent control” to raise my rent because the have not registered this property with the state. When I advised them of what rent control stated the woman got real aggressive on the phone stating that the rent increase still stands and I need to pay it. She also mentioned that all of their tenants rent was raised in March 2024 so I advise you to call rent control to see if the property you live in has been registered with the state. There’s been so so many issues with Zebra Management I do not recommend renting with them! The only thing they do quickly is collect the rent!!! Have a very happy day folks!

This company is very hard to reach. They intentionally don't answer the phones. They don't have the ability to leave voice-mail and they never call you back. We have been without heat and hot water for over a week now. The city is now involved inspecting the apartments because the management company ignored the issue. Imagine a company not caring about providing simple utilities such as heat and hot water. They can't tell anyone when it will be resolved nor did they ever inform anyone that the utilities would be removed. I asked about them providing hotel accommodations for all tenants until it's resolved and no response. They don't care about the people at zebra management. All they care about is maximizing profits.

The secretary at this office was very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. We came there 5 days ago and she was no help at all. She was a racist. She needs to be fired!

Update 4-15-2024
Last month the building was swatted by police. Arrest were made so the hallways was quiet for a while then the noises came back.
Fire alarm in hallway keeps going off and they refuse to do anything about it. I can even hear it when I'm on the phone plus some people work from home and the consent beeping is annoying.
Found a water bottle in the mailbox.
Plus there's homeless people roaming and sleeping in the hallways. A few months ago one of the maintenance people found a who bunch of homeless squatters on the top floor.
In spite of this count on Zebra to remind you that rent is due on the 1st.

Great staff but poor at keeping people out hallway making noises until 2am playing craps. They will tell you to call the police if you complain to management. Police comes and they come back. Plus they leave food and garbage in hallway every time it's cleaned. There were cameras before but now they are all gone and when asked what happened to the cameras it's never and answer. There's no Super so these people have free access of hallways. Outside doorbell is broken and the mailbox haven't been fixed or replaced since the last landlord. If you order anything and they leave in hallway it will get stolen if you don't get to your package first. Plus they want more money for the same quality of service. If they had better security at least I'd leave a 4.

Zebra management cut the heat and hot water in our apartment a week ago. There has been no communication from them that this was going to happen, how long it would happen for, and when it would be resolved. It's 30 degrees out at night and there are elderly past their 70s in the building with no heat. A ticket was put in about the issue and no one has reached out or responded. When I contacted the manager and asked for reimbursement for the 3kectric heat he laughed and said they will not reimburse anyone. He also couldn't answer when the heat and hot water would be back. This is completely unacceptable. I reported it to the city for the inspector to come out to fine the company. They don't seem to care about the issue at all. Stay away from any of their properties. They are all about profits and don't care at all about the folks that live in any of the units.
