Zach did an outstanding job representing us, was polite, responsive to calls/emails/questions, made himself available at any and all times. He was knowledgeable and worked in our best interest. His negotiation skills were amazing and helped us settle with more than 20k lower than asking price!!!. Zach communicated with us every step of the way and went above and beyond to negotiate a surprisingly super deal. Zach was very helpful with explaining every piece of the buying puzzle and made it seem so easy for us. When terms became questionable Zach found an easy work around relieving any stress and anxiety. He held this complicated purchase near to him and solved all the hiccups in a timely and professional manner. We would be more than happy to work with Zach on any future real estate needs and highly recommend him and his team to assist you with any real estate transactions. Trustworthy, transparent, upfront and honest: he has your best interests at heart!

There is a lot of great things to say about working with Zachary but here was our experience. We are first time home owners and the whole house thing can be quite stressful. Zachary was very friendly right off the start and very knowledgeable as well. He works with you and your needs as well as pricing and makes you feel comfortable. He also has ideas and a plan in his head to help you grow and see the future potential in a house. We really appreciate the hard work and racing around town to help us out. Not to mention working on a holiday thank you so much Zachary and best of luck to you.

Me and my wife had such an amazing time working with Zach. Zack made our first home buy a quick and stress free prosses. he found many homes in the area we wanted and answered any questions we had. he was very knowledgeable on the homes we went to see. he had us sign and filed all our paperwork in a timely manner and made sure we had everything in order to meet our closing date on time. Zack will be our number one recommendation and go to realtor in our future home buying
