I read bad reviews about the place and had a funny feeling I was being elaborately scammed. I also saw some psychic visions saying the services were fraudulent. I paid for the background check services and then they asked me to pay for the apartment before they handed me a key. I would be very weary of doing business with these people.

Where do I begin.
Never have I felt so disrespected and down talked ever in the process of trying to get a place to progress my family life. Dealing with Mr Landsberg to start he took all of our information from the s.s number to our Id and paystubs. Understandable that was the process but having to talk to someone that makes you feel less of a person is extremely upsetting. Almost to the end of our process we both agreed on a time. Oncee we reached there to finish up he never answered the phone nor text. Once he did after two hours his attitude was almost like we were lost and couldn't comprehend anything he mentioned in the morning. Mr Landsberg proceeded to express how uncomfortable he was because we were upset that he never made the meeting time when he told us to. I informed him that as a business person we deal with a lot of uncomfortable situations and still have to make money and push forward. Mr Landsberg then proceeded to say he will not move forward with our applications.
Please everyone be careful with this company Yale Kent LLC because he took my information my husband's information and my mother inlaw information and at the last moment he stated he was not moving forward with our applications and my money orders lucky I didn't give him but desperately kept asking for pictures of my money orders. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY. You put you all into the communication part and email important documents back and forth and they leave you dry.

Anybody giving these people anything more than 1 stars is a complete liar. This is the worst Managment company I’ve ever had to deal with. Their lazy they only care about new tenants and do not care about their current’s tenants. I’ve been asking for repairs in my home for MONTHS and they make the dumbest excuses as to why the repairs are not done. Their super is lazy, he never shows up to work and then pays other people to do the work for them. They do not care about their tenants at all. Im going to keep making reports against this company until I see results . but word of advice anybody looking to move into an apartment , DO NOT WORK THESE PEOPLE AT ALL !

Steve Buch is a likeable, smooth talking guy. But he'll milk you dry for any service provided. I do not recommend fronting any monies or service to Mr. Buch. If you must, get everything in writing. For over a year he has failed to pay for 2 annual web plans prepaid by me. Countless sorries and (failed) promises to pay received by Steve via email. See his reviews for his other subcompany 'Stuyvesant Yale' which show similar negative experiences. Be very skeptical when dealing with Steve.

The new manager is a scam artist he refused to give us our keys when we had our lease signed and he didn’t even bother to look over anything and decided to terminate our lease i have never felt so disrespected and hurt in my entire life do not associate with these people cause they do nothing but rob u and bring back the ones that we’re working there they actually care

When I moved I had to take them to court to get my deposit back ... I won my case 2 years later they are texting and emailing me saying I owe them back rent don’t rent with this company
