I am a resident of one of YADA Properties. As the resident who resided here the longest, I have to say; Ivy has been the best property manager that we’ve had. She’s very personable, professional and pleasant. She has overseen and made sure things that needed to be done, got done in a timely fashion—to include the parking lot being painted, replacing our mailboxes, the lights in the parking lot (that have been out for months) were replaced, window repairs, screen replacements, filter replacements, and a host of other repairs that had been neglected by the previous management. And whatever specific, individual needs a resident has, Ivy ensures that they are addressed promptly. For efficiency and attentiveness alone, aside from her personable and kind nature, I would offer the highest rating possible to Ivy as a property manager.

Tammy helps me every time I ask for her to look at something she sends someone right away. Even from a funeral she was attending. My toilet broke. I called her. I told her it was an emergency. I couldn’t hold her up until Monday and she got to it right away. I had a problem for two years I was overcharged $75. I was promised to get the $75 waived but that was an ongoing call over and over and over. I called Tammy and she got right to the point. Thank you Tammy

I was interviewed and accepted for a place with Yada Properties over a year ago! I must say I dealt with Tammy Fisher! From Day one she was so Respectful and Very Helpful! She helped me out of an unsuitable living situation! I still thank Ms Tammy Fisher until this day! She is Landlord that people Dream of having! I was Blessed With her! Very nice staff here at Yada Properties Ms Tammy is the manager where I live I so appreciate her attention to matters immediately, no matter what. When we needed to change our rent payment schedule Ms Tammy worked with us to allow us to better budget our monthly bills and rent. She is literally a “jack of all trades” Just wanted to make sure it’s known how respected and valued she is around here, thank you.

Where can I start? Their property manager is a young lady named Tammy Fisher and she is simply amazing at her job and a joy to chat with! There's also a young man named Rob that I’ve seen in passing that always has an inviting smile and a friendly greeting! There application turn around time was rather quick and the Welcome baskets are a sweet touch! I would highly recommend Yada properties to friends and family!
