This association is absolute garbage. They towed my truck in the guest parking lot because I didn't have a parking sticker on the front windshield (it was on the back windshield and in the guest lot u do not need a sticker). It cost me 800 dollars to get the truck back and when disputed they are forcing us to A. Go to court (which we will have to pay 2k for a lawyer) Or B. Drop it all together. So I'm assuming you can guess which option we are going with. This is only one of the many issues we have had living here for 20 years. Be very careful if you move here. The association advisors and president only enforce the rules and regulations that suit them when they need to, look the other way for certain things and will fight you on anything you try to dispute via board or court hearing. I'm assuming that when the board reads this they will know exactly who this is and they will try to crack down on anything we do now with extreme prejudice but I do not care anymore because other people need to know how horrible this association is.

Lady in the administrative office is difficult and rude doesn't even live here and old people have nothing to do but take pictures of things to fine you on. What's worse is that the evidence doesn't even have to be proven or checked on they just believe them because they're old and white.
