Sadly this organization is substandard. On the brighter side there are at least two individual who show the affection required. My commendations to Mrs. Dougwyler and greatfulnes to Kim for her time. This Northwest Division of CASA has empty promises and inadequate funding. The personnel who recomend this avenue, is blindly promoting an lie. Don’t expect to much and don’t trust Grand Counties Judge on her word.
