DO NOT RENT HERE! They care nothing about tenant rights, the law or basic common courtesy. They are constantly raising the rent to pay for cosmetic reconstruction, which they do on your roof without ever notifying you. Forget about 5-7 days notice, you find out when they start hammering away. They yell at your kids when they play and threaten to take balls away from them. They won't let them ride skateboards. If you complain about anything, ask for repairs or ask them to replace the 50 year old stove falling apart, they first blame YOU and threaten to charge you for it. They are constantly shutting off the water for plumbing issues. The construction noise is almost constant. Termites too. They took away our grass and put in dirt. That was a few weeks of noise too. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else.

I like the amount of space that my apartment has for the cost of living so that is the only reason that they are getting a couple of stars. This place is not family friendly at all. I have twin little girls that are almost 2 and they love to swim. Every time I walk them down to the pool, the "pool monitor" is smoking a cigarette directly in front of the gate. We have to walk through his smoke in order to go swimming. We have only been to the pool twice and both times he feels the need to let me know that 6:00 is quiet hours for the pool before we have even entered the area. My girls are not significantly loud and if they are making any kind of noise, it's crying when we have to leave. He also sits there and watches everyone swim like a creep. I don't need a grown man watching myself and my baby girls swimming from the outside of the pool gate while he smokes. If he is there to monitor the pool, then he shouldn't be outside of the pool gate and he shouldn't be smoking. When I brought all of this up to management, they basically told me that if I don't like it, then i shouldn't take my girls to the pool that I am paying to use every day.
Also, they need to make some major upgrades. I am pretty sure that my oven was installed in 1972 and the cabinets are falling apart all over the place. One of the faces of my cupboards in my kitchen is a piece of plywood and there are nails holding pieces of the pressed wood together on the doors of the cupboards. I would say that you get what you pay for, but I'm pretty sure that they are charging way too much for the actual value of this dump.

Very quiet and well maintained apartment. Management are very nice as well as maintenance staff. I like everything about this apartment. Any complaint you make. They take care if the problem right away. I like that they are stict with the landscaping..no stepping or playing on the grass. It makes the place look attractive. Thank you to Sharon and Troy for being such a wonderful managers. They made my stay there feeling safe and comfortable. I stayed in this apartment for 7 years and loved it.

I can’t say enough, I’ve been here for over a few years and the complex is well kept up. From new landscaping to picking up kids messes snd trash to being very straight forward of any work going on around your unit. If you have an issue in a your unit, you know it will get handled in a appropriate time frame. Thank you Troy, Christine, Jose, and the whole crew.

Kids Throw Rocks and Broke the Neighboring Conplexes Windoes, and, they Are With their Mother, when doing foolish things! They also Jump the same Neighboring Vinyl Fence, as they're, "Too Lazy", to walk the Normal Sidewalk way around so, it'll Only Be a matter of time, before one falls and is seriously injured on, their property but, This Management team Frankly Sucks! They allow kids to run amok, screaming, yelling, up until 11p.m., and could care less! We're pretty certain that, the two Male teens, are stealing items too but, as their Mothers don't care and, Management either until The Owner gets sued, it'll never change so, STAY AWAY FROM THIS NIGHTMARE GHETTO COMPLEX!!! RUN FAST BUT DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!

I live here and this place is horrible im a kid and i know from experince you shouldnt live here Stupid Rules: No going on grass. After 6.00 pm is quiet time. Jumping into pool must be straight arm touching side and legs stay togeter and no running. Must be 18 and up to go in hottub. If after a week of vomit or being sick cannot go in pool. No skateboards. No dogs. If cat or other pet must live in a room with shaggy carpet. I can keep going but im going to stop here

Coming from someone who has lived here for 12 almost 13 years, it's great, there is problems with the neighbors being noisy on school nights and weed smoke through the vents all the time though. Other than that it's great!

Charming apartment. Fireplace, walk in closets and storage coming out of your ears! I love the area incredibly nice office staff. Well priced, and honestly kind neighbors. I love it here!
