I just wanted to give a shout-out to the Woodruff Management Group.

After a discouraging response to my rental property ads, I turned to Woodruff Management Group where I met Michele Woodruff.

We talked about what a property manager does and hired her immediately

She took photos of the property, wrote and placed the ad, and suggessed several improvements which we implemented.
