Do not move here. You have to pay full month upon move out, $400 pet deposit paid at move-in will be non existent at the end of the lease. That money paid will not go towards cleaning, deodorizing, etc like the lease says. You will be charged for normal wear and tear for carpet no matter how clean or anything. I spend 3-4 hours cleaning the apartment after moving out so nothing would get charged. I am being charged $500 to replace carpet because my dog pissed on the carpet while living there, to which I cleaned it up. $50 for dirty dishwasher and refrigerator. I never used the dishwasher at all and I cleaned the refrigerator. I could not help the glass was glued on the inside of the refrigerator. I did tear the laundry room floor and do owe the $65 for that as I am the person who showed them that. $615 in supposed damages plus $400 paid for pet deposit that I am being charged. Absolute and total ripoff. Apartment was cleaner when I moved out than when I moved in. Any where else is cheaper and less expensive. Stay away from woodland villas. Don’t ask to talk to the owner because you will be denied.

Recently went on a tour of one of the apartments at Woodland Villas. The apartments are clean and up to date. The office staff of Tyler and Gee were very informative and answered all of my questions and concerns. They were very helpful and I will definitely be renting an apartment from here.

The apartments themselves are on the higher end of quality for Jasper. The rent cost is very reasonable.

The management is very praiseworthy. They are always there during business hours and will help fix issues promptly. I’ve dealt with really poor apartment management in Jasper before, so I can’t say how much I appreciate how good Woodland Villas is managed. They aren’t going to leave you hanging when there’s an issue.

I have lived here a year and I’m having to move to a new city. I’m actually a bit sad because you never know what you’re going to get sometimes when it comes to the quality of people that maintain your apartment life. Rest assured; it’s good at Woodland Villas.

I have been living here for 3 months now. It is such a nice,safe and friendly area. Me and my children are very happy and comfortable here. The staff has been great. The property manager Gee has always been so nice and kind about any concern I have had since day 1. Also anytime I have needed something in my apartment fixed it has been handled promptly. My son rides his bike around the apartments and he had spoke with Johnny about helping him with the seat of his bike. A few days later my son was outside with his bike and Johnny checked back in with my son to make sure his bike was still right and offered his help again if needed. It was so nice that he remembered him and offered additional help. I would recommend living here to anyone.

Overall a good apartments for the area. If you are not low income these are ideal. The apartments are somewhat outdated but the community is amazing. Great neighbors and neighborhood. Located close to everything and no worries on theft or breakins.
