I have to talk about Maria in the maintenance department. She is wonderful. She is so kind and makes sure the job (whatever it is) gets done. She is always pleasant and respectful. This complex needs more Marias! I can't speak for all of the workers but the ones I've come into contact with have been professional, respectful and pleasant.

Now I would like to address this maintenance issue because it’s widely known that these people have no care for the rules and regulations of the building with how they consistently walk in to peoples apartments without any notice nor permission to walk in. I never felt comfortable in my own space without putting the chain lock on the door or having someone else there when I was gone so these people wouldn’t steal anything. Please teach or enforce your maintenance people to conduct themselves with the proper decorum when doing there job because frankly I’m sick of it.

Maria is amazing! She's incredibly nice and super helpful with everything. Miley is also very nice! I had some issues upon move in and Maria was quick to get them fixed! A lot of these reviews are old, or before they really started working on this place. It's so much nicer than it used to be! I don't feel unsafe at night, I don't feel I have to worry about my car, and the areas are so well lit now too.

This were good until they moved me into a two bedroom unit. BED BUGS. THEY TRIED TO BLAME IT ON ME, & said they had to go to my old apartment to see if they found any bugs there. They found nothing. When I moved in to the new unit it’s was nasty. The inside and out side of the fridge was nasty. We had trash in wall heaters. These picture are from day one move in day.

I recently moved into this community. The property manager, Miss Maria, is very professional; accommodating, and very knowledgeable about this property as well as the other staff. They are very fast, and efficient when it comes to the work orders. They genuinely do care about their residents!

I lived here in 2019 and never had any problems. My apartment was clean and management was very responsive and helpful. Fast forward four years and I’m back living here because the newly renovated apartments are beautiful and checked off everything I was looking for!

Do not move here. I looked at reviews after giving this place my money and explained that I was concerned that they have a bug issue and due to health reasons i can not live with bugs. The leasing lady guaranteed me that there were no bug issues and that the reviews were old. Despite following my gut feeling, I was so excited to move back on my own again and moved to woodland village. This was the worst mistake of my life. The leasing lady was so nice and acted as if she was giving me a great deal for the renovated apartment. The apartment was nice , new carpet, kitchen, bathroom. However, I have only been here for not even a month and it is hell. For the first week there were no bugs no problems. After that I noticed roaches crawling out of the sockets and now they are every where. I’ve been sick ever since I moved here and am sleepless due to being scared for a bug to crawl on me and waking up with roaches crawling on my and my furniture which I spent about 1k for. I wish someone would have warned me before I moved here, but it’s so bad that I am hiring a lawyer in attempts to cancel the lease .
