Tommi was incredibly friendly and kind throughout the leasing process. The renovated units are stunning—even more beautiful in person! I also really appreciated the gated parking community, which adds an extra layer of convenience and security.

I had a terrible experience with this rental property. The owner was extremely unprofessional, going so far as to call me a liar instead of addressing concerns respectfully. He also insinuated that I have I’m not working and I have “a lot of time on my hands” all because I asked to not be nickel and dimed.

On top of that, the management was rude and dismissive, making the entire experience frustrating and unpleasant. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for an stress-free and professional rental experience.

This was all over me asking for a refund of $15 as a courtesy for not uploading my insurance policy on time. The policy is current and never lapsed. The owner mentioned that I didn’t have coverage which is easily verified by checking the policy dates.

Here’s the entire chain of texts. Where I asked for the refund as a courtesy because my insurance never lapsed. You will see the owner accuse me of lying about my phone breaking, mention that I have “ a lot of time on my hands,” tell me that I lied and didn’t have insurance, tell me that I lied about some entering my home while we were on spring break in Mexico(I found a wrench I don’t own one.

I admit that I did t upload my documents on time so I asked for a courtesy credit. However my insurance is on automatic renewal so I never lost coverage. He informed me that the app charged me because they issued their own insurance so I asked for a copy of the policy since I’m paying for it and he told me to contact the app. There is no contact information.

Here’s the chain, I did have choice words by the of the conversation. Decide for yourself if you’re cool with this… I will say that this could have all been avoided if he would have told me in the beginning, hey I can’t refund it because the cost pays for insurance. On my end it looks like a regular fee and I didn’t receive the “insurance policy” I paid for through the building app.

My friend and I are new to Chicago and Tommi met us with a big welcome. The apartments are very nice with newer appliances. Also being so close to the lake was a fun benefit. We still have a couple months before we need to move, however, Tommi was very open to staying in contact with him for when we are ready. Great experience overall!

Tommi met me at my car when I arrived and gave me a complete tour of the premises, showing me a couple of apartments (they are beautiful!) as well the lovely grounds, including the dog park and the adult workout area. I was pleased to see that there is also a path to the beach. Tommi was very helpful, answering all my questions; he was accepting of the fact that I cannot make a move until next spring, suggesting I get in touch with him early next year. I have been living at Woodland Park for over a year now, and I couldn't be happier! The apartments are incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room to live comfortably. The community itself is extremely safe—I always feel secure here, which is a huge plus. One of the standout features is how well-maintained everything is. The grounds are always clean, and any maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. The management team is friendly and professional, making sure that residents' needs are a top priority. I highly recommend Woodland Park to anyone looking for a wonderful place to call home!

Tommi Garcia was incredible with assisting me with the application process. He kept in frequent contact with me and answered any and all questions I had. He is a valuable asset to this company.
Also, Samed is very kind and helpful as well. He also gave me a tour and led me to the fabulous herb garden. I am looking forward to my experience living at Woodland Park.

Tommi was super friendly and funny. It didn’t feel like we were just touring a house, it was more like being at a stand-up comedy show! That’s exactly what people need these days, seeing happy, smiling faces. Tommi was professional and answered all the questions I had without me even asking. I also really liked the area inside the apartment complex. Even though we’re on the south side of Chicago, I felt totally safe. The properties here are clean and well-kept.
