So far so good. These condo units are individually owned and may be managed by any company around Chico or Individual Person as is ours.
The HOA keeps clean grounds here in the little gated Wood Land Commons. I am excited for this next year hear as a Junior At Chico.
I want to give it 5 stars but it is not a 5 star hotel.

absolutely horrible, entire complex is infested with cockroaches would NEVER recommend this apt to ANYONE.

Also look up the reviews for Blue Oak Management, the ones that manage these apartments because you'll see those negative reviews I decided to post this here too

They never answer their phones and they don't know how to communicate with their tenants. One girl, the secretary I think, returned my phone call asking me basic questions that she should have known already like when did my lease start Horrible horrible communication, never answer their phones, and never return emails
