I have a large dumpster on my farm. I have been late paying a few times due to just forgetting to pay. WM has still picked up my dumpster. The ladies at the office have even called me to take my payment over the phone. This is practically unheard of in this day and time. I truly appreciate the kindness of these ladies. A couple times the dumpster has been overflowing and the driver has asked if we needed an extra pickup. I am very pleased with their commitment to customer service.

Everytime I have called (I've called multiple times), the person on the phone seems nice and like they will take care of my issue I have had since I moved here two years ago and it has still gone unresolved although they tell me they would get it taken care of immediately. They broke the wheels on my trash can and have yet to fix them.

Went to drop off trash and lady would not let me . I told her I was a resident and did she need me license copy . She said I need your bill to make sure you are current and paying for service . I never told her I was there for free Saturday . I would have gladly paid to beat the rain and this 1 mile line to get in but she told me to get out of line till I had a bill . Horrible Karen’s in this world with hate in their heart . Nothing online tells to have a bill . My trash service with them is horrible as well so I am not surprised by today’s outcome . Btw even the old men that works there are horrible people to deal with too. Rude.

Worst Trash company I have ever had to use! Been waiting on a can for over 2 weeks! They said it was delivered on February 6th. Never got one and I called again says I will have to wait. But believe me they still want the 75 dollars they charge now! I haven’t had my trash picked up in 2 weeks but they don’t care as long as they get the money! If I could change companies I would I hate that we have to use them!

They always miss Schedule pick ups and when you call customer service to report a missed pickup and they reschedule a pick up, they still do not pick up your trash. You always end up with two weeks worth of trash and have to pay 4 weeks worth of service. They credit us back for the missed Pick up but to be honest, i would pay an additional $5 for them To pick up the trash that they didn't pick up the first time. Driver makes the same stops likely every week. How do we keep getting forgotten about. Would recommend another company if another company was available, but they're contracted so best of luck.

My experience with WM and cleburne county muscadine Alabama they do not pick up the trash on time or sometimes not at all then expect me to pay a full bill for sometimes 3 weeks of no service if there was another trash company in cleburne county I would leave WM today. We have a poor county commissioner in cleburne county for allowing one company to have this much power over us there should be more than one company we can use other than WM

Plan to wait weeks for a new trash can. I have already paid my 3 months bill but also fixing to get missed for the third week in a row because nobody can put a can on a pickup truck and deliver it

Worse garbage company ever. They doubled our price for service to only get worse. Several customers haven't been picked up in over 3 weeks. Ours is usually picked up, but trash scattered everywhere.
