It’s a practice of utility to get them on the phone. To get money back to they charged you. You have to file a claim with your bank, which cost $30. A very, very very disappointing company. I had tried for 11 days to let them know they were Charging me For non-services. But instead I had to call the bank and file a claim against them.

impossible to talk to 1 person who can actually help out with any issue. I have been trying to increase my service, had several conversations with Fransisco , he sent me a doc u sign to increase service, I signed it and now he is calling me back asking what I wanted , if I was wanting to change service because he can't remember . REALLY

The collector is ALWAYS respectful to my trash can…
The big truck drops it in the middle of the driveway and if I have both out he does the same. I am not sure if the cans aren’t to his liking or if he just has an attitude about his job..
The smaller truck driver is GREAT!!! I appreciate him!

Our service with WM has been great so far, we have been their customer since the fall of 2018.
Always make sure there is no garbage falling out of truck after they dump our dumpster.
Friendly drivers and always wave. They are always on time unless the weather messes things up.
We are notified for holidays and for weather related delays.

I am so happy with Waste Management I've had them for 24 years I stay with them because they're good to me excellent roadside service they always have a smile on their face they're so kind to me thank you for your excellent customer service

They do not offer bulk pick-up or recycling. I did receive my trash can in a timely manner. They are efficient.
