I own a local landscaping company that provides landscaping and snow removal services to Wishtan. They are a great company to work with. Dakota, Kelsey, office staff and their maintenance staff are very responsive and well managed. Kelsey did a great job of making the move in process easy and convenient for me. The apartment was exactly what I expected, and matched the pictures online spot on. I was able to visit the apartment before signing the lease and this allowed me to get a good feel for the apartment unit. Kelsey does a good job of responding to questions quickly, and keeping in contact with her tenants. Overall I would recommend this landlord, and the apartment unit to any prospective tenants.

This landlord was always so kind! I had a situation where we had a lessee move out, and they were SO forgiving and gave us more time to figure out rent before they gave us a late fee. Would highly recommend!!!!!
