We had a wonderful stay at loft 109! Our family (me, my wife and 3 teenage boys) really liked the apartment, plenty of space to gather or to have private time. We were concerned the garage was going to be too small but actually it was perfect for a big car like the Kia Telluride we rented. The resort is great for skiing, we had perfect weather, zero lines on the lifts - there is a short walk to get to and from the lifts with skis and boots but the resort provides wagons which are convenient. There is a Safeway supermarket 15 minutes away which we visited multiple times for groceries, cold medicine etc. We even saw a moose and her baby driving back from the groceries in two separate occasions! (in the forest right after the WinterPark Works building). Overall a fantsatic vacation in a perfect apartment!

We had an amazing stay over spring break March 2025. Condo was in the middle of the Winterpark village. Perfect location. Close to everything! The Fireplace was super warm to dry out mittens and boots after the kids played in the snow. Clean like a hotel room. Very spacious bedrooms. Personal Garage is located close. It had 2 sleds inside which the kids loved using. The property management team was very responsive and helpful. Overall a very memorable trip and would definitely book with them again!

Very easy process of renting, checking in and checking out. Beautiful and very clean lodging and the guest team stayed in communication the whole time. Renting directly from WPLC is 10-15% cheaper compared to renting the same house from vrbo or airbnb. The canopy house is very beautiful and clean, all my guests really enjoyed their stay there. 100% will be a returning customer

Condo was clean and comfortable. Everything was in good working order and had all we needed for a great stay! It was so nice staying right at the bottom of the mountain and lifts. Good food and shopping options in the village. Lodging company was easy to work with and communicated well. We have now stayed twice in winter park using this company and look forward to booking our next trip.

We had an amazing time at this condo on our vacation! Our travel party included 4 adults and 4 children, and Sawmill Station 220 was the perfect fit. There was plenty of room for everyone, very clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The location is fantastic, right in the middle of town of Winter Park. It is an easy walk to multiple restaurants, Hideaway Park, and several Lift Shuttle stops. We took the shuttle to Winter Park Resort for skiing, and it was never more than 10-15 minutes. There are two driveways for easy parking. The management company is one of the best I've dealt with. They are super responsive and helped us resolve an issue on the first morning. I love that they have both phone and text.

We rented the 5 bedroom Elk Lodge house. Our family of 12 had plenty of space to spread out and relax (could have easily fit in another family). There was fun items for the kids to play with and games and puzzles for the adults. Everything was clean and felt like home. It was warm and inviting to stay in the house. The Winter Park Lodging Company were great at communication and made us feel like our stay was important. We had a lot of snow the days we were there and they came and plowed the driveway and walkway between 8 - 9 each day so we could get out easily. Would definitely recommend.

Our recent ski trip from January 16-21, 2025 was made excellent by this wonderful condo rental. It's clear that the management puts thought into the guest experience as the check-in process was seamless, with an incredibly informative link that provided almost all the details we needed to know about the unit.
The proximity to the slopes was a major selling point, and the pricing felt fair considering the location. One standout moment was our request for a humidifier in the second bedroom. To our pleasant surprise, they delivered it within a couple hours - much faster than we anticipated.
Communication was a highlight of our stay. Their text-based support system connects guests directly with real people. Meghan and Margaret were both incredibly helpful in addressing our random inquiries, making us feel well-supported throughout our stay.

My family spent the Thanksgiving holidays at Winter Park Resort. It was truly a winter wonderland of beauty surrounding our condo and outdoor activities. The condo was really beautiful inside with large windows to the outside beauty. The cozy living room, fireplace, bar, tv and games galore! The grand staircase up to the gourmet kitchen was perfect for preparing out Thanksgiving feast and cozy breakfast by the fireplace in it. The masterbedroom was heaven! Large, cozy fireplace in front of the king bed that was heavenly. The bathroom a spa in itself to say the least, The other two queen rooms upstairs were well appointed in comfort. I really appreciated the efficient washer and dryer when needed. The ground level entry perfect for leaving snowboots and coats. A smaller den and bar by the back door that led to the soothing hot tub...aaahhh!!! The bunk room with comfy full size bed and one set of bunk beds and a nice bathroom. You cannot go wrong staying in this condo. We loved it...six adults and two children. The entire staff I encountered was magnificent, Margaret, Jill and Kelley. Always quick to answer a text or phone call to answer any questions about the condo or the resort. Will definitely come again!!!
