100% Unsatisfied and would not recommend. I can go on and on about why no one should rent from these people. A few are:

1) dishonesty: manager asked me to move into an apartment temporarily i did not like at all, while other apartments open in 3 days. She kept on delaying it for about 1.5 months until i had to take the place since i had not moved any of my stuff in and was sleeping on the floor

2) Nasty properties: the apartments were super old, smelly and disgusting. My apartment is infested with cockroaches

3) unreliable: They never set me up for electricity and kept sending me a bill. Further, they take 2-4 weeks everytime I put in a work order request

4) bad equipment: My Fridge never worked and food went bad all the time. The heating in the apartment never worked as well but i still got a 70-120$ bill

Very unhappy with my experience. I have called half dozen times about rats in the ceiling of my unit. I can hear them at night, chittering and running around. Its disgusting and really hard to sleep. Its been over a month. No fix and i will call again and leave another message. I can't wait to leave.

I would never recommend renting from this company. All the basements leak, this company seems so dishonest; slumlord like. They promised to fix something in my complex before we're moved in, when I asked them after we moved in & signed lease how long it would take? They said "we changed our mind, we're not going to fix anything". Walls are paper thin we can hear everything from neighbors. They'll raise your rent for anything & never lower it. They took over a month to stop my faucet from leaking I lost hundreds of gallons of water!

This place is corrupt! They'll keep you on the lease if you move out & hold you legally responsible to keep paying. I can feel the cold air through the walls in winter. My windows are so old they won't latch properly & will literally lift up on their own all year round. I loose heat in winter & ac in summer.

Paid an application fee, was told they're in the process of changing over to the new owners. Months went by, they never processed my application, I called and was told they'll do some "research" but, never got a call back in regard to the return of application fee. A TOTAL FRAUD AND HAVE BEEN REPORTED TO SEVERAL FEDERAL AGENCIES!!!
