It was truly a delightful and fun experience working with Fan and Kira. The sale of my condominium was a bit complicated, as I'm currently living in Sonoma County and not frequently available for in-person meetings, but from day one to the close of escrow, Fan and Kira were enthusiastic, communicative, and assembled the best team to work with. My only regret is that the sale happened so quickly (in less than a month)! I heartily recommend Fan and Kira if you are looking for motivated and smart realtors who take the time to listen to your needs. I can't wait to work with them again.

I've had a long road. First considered moving from Oakland to Alameda two years ago. The team helped me look at options, and we even put in an offer on one place, and we were outbid. I'm so glad I followed Laura's advice and didn't bid more!

Sporadically over the last two years I would talk with them and look at a house or two.
This last February I got serious. The house needed a bit of work, and the team counseled me on what
was most important in order to sell the house. Then they worked with their usual contractor, and everything was fixed! They brought in their painters, and took care of that, too. And they recommended
a fantastic moving company--Sweet Lemon--that was efficient yet gentle with my belongings.

I moved into an Airbnb while all that was happening and went on a steady diet of real estate listings. The team would have ideas, I would have ideas, we'd look at property after property. A couple of times we made offers, and the team was great about quickly putting offers together.
What I loved most is that they really dialed into my wants and needs. There was one condo we went to where Laura walked in, said, "Nope!" and turned around. She was so right!!

All this time, they were also making sure my Oakland property looked great and had a steady stream of foot traffic. It sold at a great price, quite quickly.

When an off-the-market opportunity came up in Alameda, we all knew that it was the perfect place, in the perfect location. They successfully led me to the finish line.

I can't thank the team enough for their thoughtfulness, sage advice, humor, friendship, and patience.
