I’ve had many disappointing experiences with Windrose Apartments. They consistently fail to complete work orders in a timely manner and seem indifferent to tenants' concerns. It's frustrating that they allow tenants to let their dogs roam around the property without supervision, leading to dog poop everywhere. Additionally, the management seems to turn a blind eye to tenants harassing each other. The property isn't safe either, as there have been break-ins and they don't do anything to ensure the safety of their tenants' property or lives. I do not recommend living in any building associated with this company.

Please do not waste your money that you worked hard for if I could I will rate this I oNE STAR And You are some reasons to not come live here 1. While my daughters are playing outside across the way, there was these people fighting and one even pulled out a gun and shot a person in Front me and my kids.2 A few years agothere was a fire in the apartment they blocked the area but still Haven’t fixed the area! 3 and people have been getting into fights with the manager due to disrespect And barely even care about the apartment 4 Homeless people walk around And leaves trash everywhere. 5 Well, me and my kids were in our apartment. There was a fire behind the wall, which is the Home Less people live Nobody was doing anything, so I decided to call the fire department 6 There is always gunshots and I have to pray every single night to hope my house don’t get breaking into because recently a lot of houses and cars has been broken into in this area 7 My car has been broken into Recently, and I couldn’t find my car for a few days until Drove around the corner and I saw my car! A homeless person had broken into it. I was trying to catch the homeless person, but he was too fast. As A woman with three kids and with a Husband, it is hard to live here. I have to Pray every day hope my house don’t get breaking into and my children’s stay safe. And last, but not least the manager decided to go inside of my apartment without my permission I was at work and my 16-year-old daughter called me and said there’s this girl in our house and I looked on the camera. It was the manager.!! And that’s how I got into a fight with herBut thank you for your time And once again, please don’t waste your money thank you!

By Far The MOST Horrible Apartments In The ANTELOPE VALLEY!!! Every Couple Of Months There Is a New Manager! Tenants & Others Will Fight The Manager Due To The Lack Of Respect Given To The Tenants From Management! Homeless People Rome On The Premises,Garages Here Have Caught On Fire Over a Yr Ago & Management Has YET Fixed The Garages! Units Have Been Broken Into As Well As Cars,Management Response To That Is ,It’s Not Their Problem! Save Your Time & Money It’s NOT Worth It!!!

Been living here for three years one of the best experiences that I've had so far when it comes to apartments. The management is the best that I've had so far that I've had prices was reasonable and Vanessa and Camry does some of the best jobs. Maintenance has always been fast especially Cedric have fixed anything that has ever gone wrong with in the apartment usually within a day or two and had AC go a oven needing replaced. would highly recommend anybody looking for a new place to live.

If you're a visitor trying to see someone in these apartments you might want to call them ahead of time to let them know you're close to the gate because it's almost impossible to get in the gate without the remote opener. Or if you're patient enough you can catch somebody coming out with the remote who will let you in or wait for somebody to pull in behind you with the remote. Either way you might want to have some patience. It's pretty quiet for the most part but that gate entrance has always been a problem either somebody gets impatient and rams it with their car or people will literally get out their car and try to lift it up off the track and slide it back. Yeah is that type of s*** going on.

Unprofessional! Thursday I Spoke to Camry regarding their availability she indicated there were two openings and asked if I wanted to view the property availability she asked what time and set the appointment for Sunday at 10am. Yesterday I got to our appointment 15 minutes early and Camry was at the desk and I stated who I was and that I had an appointment with her she looked at me as if that never occurred. I work full time and this was my only day off this week and I left my kids sporting event because I wanted to be on time and I respect people’s time. She responded very rudely well they’re already leased out I asked if that was the case why not give a courtesy call to cancel the appointment? She responded you can still tour the property but there’s no availability. I work in customer service and financing and the lack of concern and lack of professionalism was definitely disconcerting. I do hope that for future tenants they do a better job at respecting people’s time.

Awful place to live we had a shooting in our front yard March 29 2016 and the NEW manager said she didnt know about it and kept saying she didnt get a call. How did the maintenance manager get a call but you didnt get a knock on your door or a call! Then she continued to lie and give very poor customer service. She is hardly ever in the office when i go to pay my rent due to that one of the employees almost quit! The apts are NOT updated many carpets have burn holes in them from before new people move in and they end up charging both parties for the same holes, the "new cabnets" are opd they just pained them white. Also They have alot of crime going on people break in to cars every year (happened to us 2 times).
We have mold in our bathroom because their is NO WINDOW AND THE FAN SUCKS (not literally unfortunately) they tell you oh thats something ou have to clean up we dont so that!!! What?!? 🤔 . Our first night here we had a roach in our kitchen freaking nasty. The work out center is never accessible boxes in there and when they are you have to give them your ID for the key and its only open till 5 so dont count of that . The pool doesnt get cleaned often its just nasty half the time. Your not suppose to grill, you cant have things on your porch, nails get in your tires all the time. Alot of homeless people come in and go through the trash and leave trash to fly around , the front gate only works half the time , the cameras dont really work (they claim the got new ones since the shooting) these apts are NOT WORTH THE 915-950 they are asking for them heck not even the almost 800 we pay.

am a current tenant in the windrose apartments I've been living here going on 6 years tomorrow pay my rent on time all the time even when Covid was going on . So you would think that me having a disability turning in legit documents from my doctors that they would me down stairs to a unit they promised me right to FIND OUT THAT THEY RENTED IT OUT 2 WEEKS AGO AND MY PAPERWORK HAS BEEN TURNED IN SINCE JANUARY 23 2023 AND HERE IT IS MARCH 15TH 2023 ALMOST 2 MONTHS LATER CALLING SEEING THEM IN PERSON TELLING ME THEIR WAITING ON THEIR SUPERVISOR I SEE THE SUPERVISOR APPROVED THEM TO MOVE SOMEONE INTO THE UNIT I WAS PROMISED BUT DIDNT APPROVE A DISABLED PERSON REQUEST TO BE DOWN STAIR WITH A DOCTOR NOTE CRAZY TO ME SO IF YOU HAVE A DISABILITY THEY DO NOT CARE .PS I WAS EVEN REFERRED TO MOVE DOWN STAIR BECAUSE OF MY DISABILITY
