My fried apply for a two bedroom apartment, it’s been a week he’s sending me the application to fill up my part as his roommate. But the email don’t get to my email account. My fried call everyday to the call center they used and no one have answered. They close Sundays and Monday (my day off) I chance my schedule to come to get help today Wednesdays, they closed as well today. He have send emails all week and no answer yet. We are interested into moving here, that’s why we are making all this effort just to get in touch with them and been able to finish the application. Hopefully we get to find then sometime soon.

Kyle and Savannah are absolutely amazing. There were other staff members present when we arrived that were really friendly I just don’t remember their names but we had the most pleasurable experience on our tour and Kyle really made us feel like he wanted our family to be apart of the Windridge family. Great staff great property! We were very impressed

I have lived here for 10 years and watched this apartment complex fall into decay. The services here are poor and nearly non-existent as everytime we need repairs, we have to make multiple phone calls and the main office's limited hours make it a hassle to follow up for services. Theft is prevalent here, misplaced packages are never returned and my father's electric scooter was stolen. Gang activity is evident here, vandalism is common and widespread, and parking here is very difficult and the local police department makes regular visits to this complex - makes overall a bad impression to anyone visiting. The side gate next to Juaneño park is permanently closed, as maintenance have decided to permanently dump their materials and tools behind it. This apartment has no future.

I am happy to write this review on a great note considering I had a very postive experience with Paul Hoang. Paul took good care of my partner and I and went above and beyond in meeting our needs. Any questions or concerns that I had Paul was ready to provide the most helpful answers and was very informative in regards to helping us look for something specific that we were looking to rent. Usually when one looks to rent or own a new place, the situation can be quite the headache and a handful to deal with but Paul made sure that wouldn’t be the case for us. Our experience was super easy and stress-free. I highly recommend Paul to anyone who is looking to rent at these apartments, he will take care of you and meet your expectations!

Scheduled an appointment to view a couple units, but after driving around for 15 minutes with no place to park, I gave up and left. Not a great first impression.

If this is any indication of the future parking I would have to look forward to, I'll look elsewhere.
