we rented there for 3 years. once Myron took over our property, everything went smoothly and the relationship was great. we make a point at taking care of our rented houses as we do for our own properties. I can unreservedly recommend Myron Chan of Wilbur properties if you are looking for a property manager. I engaged Myron to update and lease my house. He had a fantastic contractor totally re-do my four bedroom house in a month or so. Myron listed the house, and it was leased the very next day by an out of town family which did not even see the house. He received a high level rent which makes my retirement much more comfortable. He does perform magic!

Christina was very accommodating, helping me move in from Boston with a virtual tour, speedy application turn around, and easy key drop off in a lock box for when I arrived. The apartment was in the condition I expected it to be based on the videos. The Wilbur Properties portal is also easy to pay rent on, which I appreciate. I will update this review as I continue to work with Wilbur properties over the next (at least) year.
