I asked about an available lot. All he had to do is tell me yes or no, but he kept the conversation skeptical; thinking I had no money to purchase. Why would anyone inquire about anything one can't afford? What a ridiculous conversation that was. Disgracefully, he just lost a great investment opportunity ($36,000,000 budget). AVOID ERIK WIESE AT ALL COSTS! You are dealing with SNAKES.

Horrible landlord. If I could give less than one star I would. Erik will con you out of anything he can and will never lift a finger to help with his properties. The rudest, most accusatory landlord I've ever had. Will nickel and dime you, make you pay for any repairs. You'll never get your security deposit back, they'll find some way to keep your money. I would never, ever recommend renting from them. But if you absolutely HAVE to, read your lease very carefully and have a lawyer.
