I was sick with MOLD for three months , absolutely don’t rent with this company . They don’t care about you ! It’s you’re just a money grab !!!!!!!!!! AC unites filled with BLACK & WHITE MOLD and didn’t clean anything upon moving in and had the nerve to charge me a $200 cleaning fee for an unswept kitchen floor . I’m currently on breathing treatments and was let out of my leave by the owner of the home , which was thrown in my face as a sarcastic, “favor “ and not because i was horribly sick living there .

After moving out the apartment was right back for leasing the next day …… 414 East college street Murfreesboro TN !

If i could show the pictures of the Ac unites you’d be appalled !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please read reviews before you deal with this company! They are NOT accredited with the BBB. Michelle is extremely rude and will talk down to you in every convo you have. The owner tried to be decent but literally told my partner when we were "given permission" to apply "I don't want any problems, don't make me get my boxing gloves on". They lied and said they ran a background check but they did not. They refused to rent to us because my partner and I are not married, which the owner also interrogated us about. I would not recommend this company to anyone! Very unprofessional with discriminatory practices.

Would not recommend this company, White Oak Properties in Murfreesboro. Pat is friendly. Michelle is not. She does not give messages to Pat if you leave one. This company does not work with you if you are late for ANY reason on your rent. There are many other companies/individuals here in Murfreesboro to choose from. Make this your last resort ?

Michelle at the front desk is not very pleasant. She seems to not care about other peoples feelings. I wouldn't rent from them at all. They treat you like you are less than them.

Run...don’t walk away from these people. Classic bait and switch scheme. You sign an application (non refundable) and THEN the price goes way up (like another third or more) so that you will have to decline and look elsewhere. Of course they blame YOU because you declined but they have your money. They automatically take $150 or more of the deposit no matter how clean and undamaged you leave it. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!

Bad experience, they don't take care of their property and will sale the rental property from under you without proper legal notice not to mention they make appointments for potential buyers for you to show the property
